It is a little paradise in Rundu. There might be other places just as good but this is the one we stayed in. Lush fruit trees, flowers... The grounds are... read more well maintained and they are still making upgrades. The best thing might be the views of the river, or the audible quiet. Perfect place to unwind. Are there a few things that can be better managed? Absolutely! The staff is absolutely fabulous. Do they have everything basic in stock? No. But their smiles make you take it easy. Breakfast is sumptuous. Local items being highlighted is very good. I rediscovered a few from my childhood. The hibiscus juice is a must try! It is worth a repeat.

To be honest, we don’t quite understand the mixed reviews of this lovely place. We had an absolutely wonderful stay! The room was comfortable with a spacious bathroom. Both dinner and... read more breakfast were delicious, and the staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. We truly felt at home here. The only downside for us was the location. The area outside the lodge’s gate didn’t feel completely safe or pleasant, but once inside the lodge, we felt completely at ease. Highly recommended if you’re looking for a great place to stay in this region!

Den Gärtner am besten fragen - der kam mit seiner gesamten Mannschaft hilfsbereit angeeilt 😀 Leider hatten wir kein Glück mit den Hippos, da Just heute Abend ein Namibia hes Musical am Otawanga Fluss stattfand. Aber das Spektal erlebt man ja auch nicht alle Tage 🤣
